Weft QDA 0.9.6 is not the most powerful CAQDAS application, but it's a good place to start.
Weft supports full-text searches (txt, pdf), hierarchical coding, annotation, auto-coding, summary statistics, boolean searches, and hypothesis testing.
Runs on Windows and Linux, and it's FREE.
